I felt I must write and thank you for the wonderful service we received from your company.
I had initially called in at your office on Thursday 27th October during a week’s leave I had taken from work to decorate. I explained that due to a change in my husband’s circumstances I was unable to have all my windows replaced, but just wanted my son’s room doing before winter sets in. The young lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, she explained that I could replace them one at a time if I wished and would pay the same price.
I explained I was off work and she said she would try to arrange for your surveyors to call at a convenient time the following week. You can imagine my delight when she rang later that day to say the surveyors would call later the same day if it was convenient.
Having already booked a day’s leave on 10th November, in order to have loft insulation fitted I asked if it would be possible to arrange for your fitters to come the same day, avoiding the need for me to take an additional holiday. Once again we were told that it would be possible.
So here we are a day after the installation date. We are delighted with the window and my daughter summed it up when she said it looks as though it had always been there. The fitters left no mess whatsoever.
I find people nowadays are always very quick to complain but not always as quick to give credit where credit is due, which is why, I wanted to write rather than just settling my bill.
I would have no hesitation in using you again or indeed in recommending you to family or friends. The whole event has benn a very smooth, competent and professional affair.
